Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens Limited has strengthened its Board with the appointment of three new directors:
Chris Blaxland has worked on various committees for the gardens for several years and before that spent 40 years as a scientifically trained senior executive in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Lyn Collingridge is a former solicitor with over 40 years experience in Commonwealth and NSW public sector organisations and several years in private law firms.
Peter Rowe is also a retired solicitor with more than 35 years experience in the financial services sector. He has Asia-Pacific experience as both a lawyer and director.
Existing director Barry Barford has been appointed Company Secretary.
SHBG chairman Charlotte Webb said the company is now well-placed to move forward with its garden development plans at a faster pace and with confidence that it has a broad range of skills on its Board.
