I you are considering leaving a gift to SHBG in your Will, we would love to talk to you and hear about the best way you can support us with your gift.
It is important to talk to your family and loved ones so they will feel they have been included in your decision process.
We recommend you seek advice from a solicitor to ensure that the wording of your Will reflects your exact wishes. There are a number of solicitors in the Southern Highlands who work in the area of Wills and Estates. You might want to shop around to get an estimate of fees up front.
Give us the opportunity to say thank you. By notifying us about your bequest we recognise you as investing in the future of the garden.
To make a bequest, you can add a clause to your Will relating to your intended gift or add a codicil to an existing Will.
