Fees and Charges
Valid from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2021
Event fees are based on one-hour periods. Bump in and bump out periods can be half day periods or hourly. Half day periods are from 7am to midday and midday to 6pm. Hourly bump in fees are the same as fees for event time. Please allow for 30 minutes either side of booking time for set up and pack down.
For events bringing equipment, such as a marquee, please allow additional time for bump in and bump out (possibly the day before and day after the event). In consideration of other visitors, the event must not go over the booking time. Additional fees and charges may apply.
