Organising the funeral of a loved one can be immensely stressful and the Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens is indebted to those who choose to ask for donations to be given to charity at this time.
Commemorate the life of a loved one by collecting donations at the funeral or memorial service. Include in your announcement “Instead of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens”.
If you would like your friends and family to make an In Memory Donation on your behalf, you might like to inform them of your wishes, together with your executor or include instructions in your Will.
To arrange an In Memory Donation pack, please contact us for the supply of special donation envelopes to be made available at the funeral or memorial service or to be sent to a family member.
We will send a letter to everyone who makes an In Memory Donation and we will also send a letter to the family, with the names of the people who made a donation.
