Thanks to the generosity of a single person, this garden was funded by donations to the gardens in lieu of presents on her 70th birthday. A round gravel garden ( ‘Rondel’) of narrow growing upright oaks, with a double hedge of weeping boxwood and copper beech. This area also features many inscribed pavers recognising family and friends who are involved in, or have visited, the gardens.
