Exhibitor Information

The Plant Fair will be held on the Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens site, 1 Old South Rd, BOWRAL 2576 on 27 & 28 April 2024 in conjunction with the Oldbury Farm Estate which will also be open on Friday 26 April 2024.

SHBG appreciates the effort and cost of exhibitors in attending the plant fair. SHBG aims to give the greatest opportunity to exhibitors with a unique speciality and, to achieve this aim, we limit the number of stalls providing similar specialisation. Accordingly, to deliver a ‘win-win’ for the exhibitors and SHBG, we retain the right to decline applications not consistent with our aims for the SHBG plant fair.

How to book your site

  1. Complete and submit your online booking form by the date indicated in the List of Important Dates.
  2. On receipt of your application we will:
    • Advise you of your site allocation by email or phone by the date indicated in the List of Important Dates
    • Send you a Tax Invoice for your site fee and any other extras that you have requested in your booking form. The invoice will be due for payment in full by the date indicated in the List of Important Dates
    • If payment is not made by the that date, the site allocation will be offered to those on the waiting list.

Payments

Following acceptance of your booking deposit an invoice will be issued with dates for final payment. Payments can be made to SHBG by direct deposit to our bank account or credit card. Please email a copy of your remittance if you are paying by direct deposit.
